We seek a fresher with 3-6 months of relevant internship experience, who would utilize his/her expertise in executing HR and Admin related responsibilities. This role focuses on executive assistant, administration, recruitment, and staff management while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ‘HR & Admin’ is an associate-level position in the Company, and shall be a part of the dynamic, high performing team with our ‘Administration’ Team.
The reporting will be to the Head HR, the key (broadly indicative) expectations from the “HR & Admin” shall be as under:
Administration Support:
Responsibilities
- Time Sheet management of Team
- Recovery of invoices
- Travel and Hotel Bookings of Partners
- Engagement Letter making and signing
- Establish communications between customers and executives
- Organize documents and reports
- Assist with scheduling, supplies, and basic administrative tasks.
- Monitor staff attendance.
- Maintaining the Attendance of employees.
- Track leave and vacations.
- Handling Incoming and Outgoing couriers.
Human Resources:
- Perform the initial level screening of candidates. Coordinating the interview process with Recruitment Team.
- Organize induction/ events/ engagement activities.
- Assisting the HR team in Joining and exit formalities.
- Assist in other HR activities on a time to time basis
MIS Maintenance:
- Assist in maintaining the MIS for front office operations.
- Generate reports and collaborate with HR/IT/ Admin as needed.
Required skill set
- Fresher graduate with relevant Internship experience in front office and administration
- Disciplined and time management skills. Must be proactive in approach.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task effectively and balance time
- Strong written and oral communications skills. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel/ MS Word/ E-mail
Education and Experience
Any Graduate. Post Graduate will be preferred. Any vocational course in secretarial field is preferred.

Base location shall be Gurgaon.
