She has worked with Ernst & Young, Macquarie Group, and led growth at top investment banks, with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border deals. She holds an MBA, CA, and is a Hindu College graduate.
Pooja Malhotra
Growth Partner - Investment Banking and M&A
Pooja Malhotra, Partner at FundTQ, brings leadership experience from global tech firms like SoftwareONE and Orange Business Services. She focuses on Healthcare, Business Services, and Technology transactions, leading funding for major AIF funds in India. She holds a Master’s in Computer Engineering from IIT Delhi.
Kapil Mahani
Tax Structuring for Large Corporates
Kapil oversees the M&A deals in areas of taxation and structuring. He has more than a decade of experience and has held key senior roles at Ernst & Young and other large conglomerates. He is an author of several books on taxation support and innovative solutions. He has worked with large conglomerates such as Reliance, Grohe, Lixil, Nivea, Mahindra, Nokia, Huawei, etc.

Devan is a serial entrepreneur who helps India’s leading VC-backed founders streamline their fundraising and achieve key growth milestones. He specializes in business structuring and due diligence, ensuring strong financial and operational frameworks. With over a decade of experience, he has held key roles at PwC and KPMG.
